Happy Birthday Elijah!!!

I can not believe our first born son turned 11 on Christmas Eve! Really where has the time gone. It is so wierd to have Jordan wearing cloths that were Elijah’s when it feels like Elijah was just in them. We are so blessed with such a wonderful son in Elijah. He is a sweet, thoughtful,caring, compassionate, passionate for Christ, truthful, endearing, honorable, trustworthy young man. We are complimented regularly about him and his character. He is a strong, faithful, prayful child and is bold and unhindered when it comes to praying for others especially those children he goes to school with. He desires to be in the Mission field some day and with all of our friends on the field around the world we believe that will be possible. He may even take his first trip this summer to Africa. We are still praying about this and the details for the dates. Trey will take a team to Scotland in May, which we are hoping he will take Morgan who is yearning to go. We are so thankful to have him in our lives and we love him beyond words. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SON!!!  For Elijah’s 11th Birthday we gave him an electric guitar.  His Mamaw and Papaw in TX gave him guitar lessons as their gift.  Grammy and Papaw gave him an acoustic guitar and case for Christmas/Birthday combo.  He is set to start his first lessons this January and so excited about them.
